نص في استمارة طلب الترشيح على الشروط الواجب توافرها بالمتسابق ليتم قبوله ، و هي :

١ - أن يكون المتقدم للمسابقة سليم العقيدة وملتزماً بآداب وأخلاق الإسلام

٢ - أن يكون ذكراً, لايقل عمره عن 14 سنة ولايزيد عن 30 سنة .

٣ - أن يكون سليماً في بدنه وليس مريضاً أو معاقاً أو ذا عاهة صحّية ويستثنى من ذلك (الكفيف) دون تحمل نفقة مواصلات المرافق, وإنما تتحمل اللجنة فقط إسكان المرافق.

٤ - أن لايكون من مشاهير القرّاء أو من محترفي التجويد والترتيل.

٥ - أن يكون مرشحا من الدولة التي وجهت لها الدعوة للمشاركة في المسابقة أو من الجهة الموجه لها الدعوة بالنسبة للمسابقة الوطنية.

٦ - أن يتقيد المشارك بالفرع الذي اختاره في البطاقة الخاصة بالترشيح للمسابقة ولا يسمح له بالانتقال إلى فرع آخر.

٧ - يجوز لمن شارك ولم يفز أن يشارك مرّة أخرى في الفرع الأعلى.

٨ - لا يجوز لمن شارك أن يشارك مرة أخرى في نفس الفرع أو في أدنى منه باستثناء الفرع الأول فيمنح فرصة واحدة فقط .

٩ - أن لايكون قد فاز في إحدى المسابقات الدولية في نفس الفرع أوفي أدنى منه.

١٠ - أن يقوم بتعبئة استمارة طلب المشاركة في المسابقة (بطاقة مشترك) الصادرة من اللجنة التنفيذية للمسابقة.

١١ - الالتزام بالإجراءات والضوابط التي تحددها اللجنة المنفذة للمسابقة خلال أيام عقد المسابقة.

١٢ - إرفاق صورتين (٢) فوتوغرافيتين حديثتين ملونتين مقاس (2 × 3) مع صورة للبطاقة الشخصية أو جواز السفر.

Conditions For Contest Participation

1. That the candidate is a Muslim with correct understanding and belief and following the ethics and manners of Islam.
2. That he is male between the age of 14 and 30.
3. That he is physically healthy and not sick or disabled. The only exception to this is the “blind”,where the contest officials are not in charge of transportation costs for his companion. The contets officials will only cover the accommodation of this companion.
4. That the candidate is not among the famous reciters of Quran and is not a professional of Tajweed or recitation.
5. That the candidate was nominated from the country that was invited to participate in the contest.
6. That the candidate participates only in the branch that he chose in the information card and not be permitted to move to another branch.
7. It is permissible for whoever participated but didn’t win to participate another time in a higher branch.
8. It is not permissible for whoever participated before to participate again in the same branch or in a lower branch with the exception of the first branch, in which case he is given only one second chance .
9. That the candidate did not win any international contest in the same branch or in a lower branch .
10. That the candidate fills in the application to participate in the contest (information card) that was issucd by the executive committee of the contest .
11. Following the rules and regulations specified by the executive committee of the contest during the days of the contest .
12. Attaching two (2) recent photographic pictures size 2”x3” along with a photocopy of the personal identification card .
